If the solution you need requires complete "from scratch" development, yes, the source code is a deliverable part of the contract.
If the solution to your application means adapting our standard code MotionChipTM technology, we will quote you the NRE charges for the specific adaptation, and a license for the modified libraries. Depending on your application volumes, the license is usually included under the form of your customised MotionChips.
