Depending on your habitual practice, you forward us your complete user requirement documentation, or you simply write us a "wish" list describing your application and what the final product should do. We encourage you to describe
your application as extensively as possible, and focus on "what" you want to achieve and not
on "how" you want to obtain it.

We create the user specifications and quote you accordingly. We define verifiable project milestones and deliverables for each milestone. And we quote our hourly rate for additional work, which may be generated by specification changes and/or amendments.

You place your firm order with us and we start working. At that moment, depending of the project specifics, we may ask you for an advance payment to share a part of the initial costs and risks.

|
Upon delivery of each milestone, we have a project review at your or our premises to validate the current phase before continuing with the next one.
|
|
|
|
|
Finally we provide the complete project (product/s) and give you a reasonable deadline for the complete validation. Post-project support as quoted is available for this period and may be extended on an annual basis if requested.
