With Technosoft's new fully digital Intelligent Servo Drive IPM640, you will save time and money, and will get fast to the market.

Based on the latest DSP controller technology, this high-performance intelligent servo drive offers high-level single- or multiple-axis control functions such as master-slave or standalone operations in a small package of only 136 x 84.5 x 26 mm. The IPM640 offers embedded motion control profile generation and is suitable to control brushed DC as well as brushless motors up to 640 W in both sinusoidal or trapezoidal commutation over wide speed range. Torque, speed or position control are offered by using either an Encoder feedback or a Resolver (optional). The IPM640 is able to drive 8 A continuous and 15 A peak currents at a supply voltage ranging from 48 to 80 VDC with a PWM of 20 kHz frequency.

The embedded Technosoft Motion Language includes a high-level command protocol, which can be used by the host through the on-board RS 485/232 serial interface. In stand-alone operation, the IPM640 can be handled using programmable I/Os or analog inputs to control the function of the servo drive.

Motion Control at the click of a mouse : set-up, tuning and programming of the application specific motion sequences are done with the user friendly Motion Studio software platform. With a powerful graphical interface, wizards for set-up and tuning assistance, motion definition and real-time data logging tools, the user will get fast to the point where the real intelligent motion starts.

Flexibility and easy implementation make the IPM640 an ideal solution to fulfil your today's motion axis control needs, using modern distributed intelligence architecture. Servo drives suitable for other power ratings, or for stepper motor controls are also available.

Wo Intelligent Motion wirklich beginnt

Mit dem neuen intelligenten volldigitalen Servoverstärker IPM640 von Technosoft sparen Sie Zeit und Geld und sind erst noch schnell auf dem Markt.

Basierend auf der neuesten DSP-Controller-Technologie bietet dieser Hochleistungs-Servoverstärker Einachs- und Mehrachs-Steuerfunktionen wie Master-Slave- oder Standalone-Betrieb und das alles in einer Kompaktbaugruppe von nur 136 x 84.5 x 26 mm. Der IPM640 eignet sich gleichermaßen für die Steuerung von Gleichstrom-Bürstenmotoren wie von bürstenlosen Motoren mit einer Leistung von bis zu 640 W und mit Sinus- oder Blockkommutierung über einen breiten Geschwindigkeitsbereich. Die Regelung von Drehmoment, Drehzahl und Position ist entweder über einen Drehgeber oder (optional) über einen Resolver möglich. Bei einem Versorgungsspannungsbereich von 48 ? 80 VDC und einer PWM-Frequenz von 20 kHz liefert der IPM640 einen Dauerstrom von 8 A und einen Spitzenstrom von 15 A. Die eingebettete Technosoft Motion Language beinhaltet ein hochwertiges Steuerprotokoll, das vom Host über die integrierte serielle Schnittstelle RS 485/232 genutzt werden kann. Im Standalone-Betrieb werden die Funktionen des IPM640 über programmierbare I/Os oder analoge Inputs gesteuert.

Motion Control per Mausklick: Setup, Tuning und Programmierung der applikationsspezifischen Bewegungssequenzen werden mit der benutzerfreundlichen Motion Studio Software erledigt. Mithilfe der leistungsstarken grafischen Oberfläche, den Setup- und Tuning-Assistenten (Wizards), den Tools für die Definition der Bewegungssequenzen und für die Echtzeitdatenerfassung erreicht der User schnell den Punkt, wo Intelligent Motion wirklich beginnt.

Flexibilität und einfache Implementierung machen den IPM640 zur idealen Lösung für Maschinensteuerungen, die nach einer modernen Architektur mit dezentraler Intelligenz konzipiert sind. Es sind auch Servoverstärker für andere Nennleistungen oder für Schrittmotorsteuerungen erhältlich.

Issue des dernières technologies de contrôleur DSP, cet amplificateur intelligent de haute performance offre des fonctions de contrôle pour un ou plusieurs axes telles que fonctionnement centralisé ou décentralisé, le tout dans un encombrement de seulement 136 x 84.5 x 26 mm. L'IPM640 intègre la génération du profil de mouvement et est à même de contrôler aussi bien des moteurs AC/DC sans balai que des moteurs C.C. d'une puissance allant jusqu'à 640 W, avec une commutation sinusoïdale ou trapézoïdale, ceci dans une large plage de vitesse. Le contrôle du couple, de la vitesse ou de la position sont réalisables par l'intermédiaire soit d'un codeur ou d'un résolver (optionnel) . L'IPM640 est capable de fournir un courant de 8 A en continu et de 15 A max. dans une plage de tension de 48 à 80 VDC avec une fréquence PWM de 20 kHz.

Le langage intégré de commande de Technosoft offre des protocoles de commande de haut niveau transférables par le pilote à travers l'interface série RS 485/232. En fonctionnement décentralisé, l'IPM640 peut être piloté par des entrées/sorties programmables ou des entrées analogiques contrôlant les fonctions de la commande.

Contrôle du mouvement d'un click de souris : mise en œuvre, réglage et programmation des séquences spécifiques de l'application sont réalisés par le logiciel Motion Studio offrant une plate-forme d'accès facile à l'utilisateur.
