ISCM4805 / ISCM8005 Intelligent Servo Control Modules

Programmable with the high-level Technosoft Motion Language (TML), ISCM4805 and ISCM8005 embed, on one board, advanced motion control and basic PLC-specific functionality.

Typical applications include distributed motor control with possibility of electronic gearing or CAM functions, in a CAN / CANopen network.

• For brushless DC, brushless AC (vector control), DC brush, linear, 2-phase step motors
• Compact open-frame (70 X 50 mm) credit card format; DIN-rail version also available
• Control modes: torque, speed, position; electronic gearing, contouring, profiling; step motor emulation; external variable control (pressure, flow, temperature etc.)
• Single-/multi-axis control (master/slave mode); standalone with stored motion sequences
• RS-232 serial communication
• CAN 2.0B, up to 1 MBit/s (optionally CANopen)
