IPM Motion Studio for Application Development

IPM Motion Studio is an advanced Windows IDE platform for the set-up and analysis of motion control applications with the Technosoft Intelligent Servo Drive family.

With IPM Motion Studio, you can:

• Identify your motor, sensor and load parameters,
• Tune and adjust the servo drive control loops,
• Define your own flexible motion sequences,
• Build Technosoft Motion Language (TML) applications for single or multi-axis structures,
• Analyze and evaluate the behavior of your motion system.

Configuration & parameterization module

IPM Motion Studio allows you to completely configure and parameterize a motion system. This includes parameterization of motor, sensors and drive. Identification of motor and load parameters is also possible. Testing of all motion system components and tuning of controllers are also included.

Motion Wizard module

You can define the motor commands to be applied to the motor. The Motion Wizard allows you to generate all TML instructions in a graphical way, without needing to write any TML code. Specific selection and definition dialogs can be opened, depending on the command type to be generated.

Analysis tools module

Advanced graphics tools (data logger, control panel and view/watch of TML parameters, registers and memory) can be used to perform a real-time analysis of the behavior of the motion system.
The IPM Motion Studio environment allows you to test and validate your motion applications.
